CoreLogic's world class facility offers a great work environment. Our IT infrastructure has built-in redundancy of equipment at the site level as well as redundancy of communication lines using MPLS technology through Verizon and AT&T with multiple vendors for the last mile connectivity.

The infrastructure services including the diesel generator power backup and air-conditioning work on N+1 redundancy to ensure continuity of services under all circumstances.

The physical site security includes access control features including biometrics, 24 x 7 security services and closed circuit TV monitoring.

Business Continuity
Connectivity

CoreLogic has redundancy of network equipment and communication links to achieve an uptime of 99.99%. This is achieved by having multiple MPLS and internet circuits from multiple sources.

Power

The facilities are equipped with reliable power supply to ensure availability of power at all times. In addition, we have installed centralized UPS with half hour back up time for workstations. Dedicated UPS is also available for all critical loads with 1 hour backup time. We also have a dedicated diesel generator set with N+1 redundancy as back up for captive power.

Multi City Operations

We work closely with our customers on planning its business continuity plans by ensuring that every process has planned manpower and infrastructure over multiple cities to minimize risk on natural and manmade disasters.

Data Security

Cybertrust's quarterly network penetration scan reassures our customers that we are effectively managing incoming external threats to its network and reducing vulnerabilities. We also deploy Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) in our network to check for electronic threats and vulnerabilities.

Our data security measures are further strengthened by appropriate guidelines for employees. Employees handling sensitive data are not allowed to take personal belongings like cell phones into the workplace. All optical and other data drives are disabled, email and internet data connectivity is with limited access and need based. Sensitive areas do not allow for any paper in the workspace and have no printing capability.
